Enjoy Walking Meditation in Spring
There are two parts of practice in this lesson, one for early spring and the other one for the end of winter. Both walking experience are observed in a distance. Even though there are not much green, but the hope is among them.
Space is important in this practice, as it gives a breathable room to allow your mind to travel in between. The lightness of colour provides a freshness of air and nature after the long frozen winter.
In this meditation process, you may apply your personal experience with hand-on practice, and bring this illusory world up from your inner world. No sample and training needed, choose your own colour and enjoy the imagination and practice process, the final product will always be a surprise for you!
